Come and enjoy a day on the beautiful Indian River and Mosquito Lagoon. Sight casting to Redfish, Snook, Sea Trout, and Tarpon as they tail, school, or just cruise the flats. All of these fish can be taken on light spinning tackle or fly tackle. Although located just minutes from Orlando Florida, Mosquito Lagoon is one of the last unspoiled areas on the east coast of Florida. It lies within the boundaries of the Cape Canaveral National Seashore and the Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge. You will not find any waterfront condos here, just unspoiled wilderness. Many different types of wildlife are often encountered including alligators, dolphins, coastal birds, and the endangered West Indian Manatee, so be sure to bring your camera. Also offering seasonal nearshore fishing in the Atlantic Ocean for species such as Cobia, Tarpon, Kingfish, Tripletail, Monster Jack Crevalle and Black Drum. If the fish are there and the weather is right, it can be a great alternative to sight fishing the flats! |

Captain Scott operates a 2003 1620 Action Craft Fly Fisher powered by a 2003 90 hp Mercury outboard. This boat is light and fast, enabling Capt. Scott to spend more time fishing and less time traveling from flat to flat. It also has an extremely shallow draft enabling him to get in some very skinny water where those slot Reds like to hang out! The 1620 is also one of the quietest flats boats you will ever fish out of, zero hull slap, enabling us to get closer to those sometimes spooky fish! Onboard you will find top of the line tackle. Capt. Scott is equipped with G. Loomis Spinning Rods and Shimano Reels. Every rod on the boat is spooled with fresh, new, Ande monofilament fishing line and for the fly fisherman Sage Fly Rods with Islander Precision Reels. |

| Dear Scott, I've got to thank you for a great three days. The fishing was great, lots of it and catching fish I'd never caught before. The highlight, of course, was the last day on the St. John's. It was a memorable day. Seeing all those alligators, birds, and fishing too......I'll never forget it. You're a pleasure to fish with. Your great knowledge of the area and skill got me to the fish and I had a wonderful time with you along the way.

Scott----Thanks for the great day on the water
. It was a real treat to
enjoy the environment in the Indian River and Mosquito Lagoon, hunting
down
those reds in the crystal clear water. I suppose that if you can't get
them in
the slot, ...BIGGER is better. Attached are several pictures of my
'Bro' with
the catch of the day. I'am sure that he'll remember this one for a while.
Thanks again for a great day.

Scott, Thanks again for last Thurs. &
Fri. We had an awesome time.
You really put us on the big fish. I may be back down there for the
Holidays.
If so I will definitely call to book another trip.

Scott, Thanks again for a great trip. On a day
that was blowing like
stink, we still caught over 20 reds. I know poling 2 guys around with
that much
wind is not easy and we really appreciate the effort you put into the
trip.
I'll see you again this summer.

Thank you so much for guiding me on the Banana
River. All you delivered
were the three biggest speckled trout I've ever caught in my life. You
certainly know your business. I've been practicing the moves which you
taught
me with the fly rod. In the meantime, tell your buddy John I said his
recommendation of your service was right on the money. Thank you again.

I wanted to express my appreciation for the
fine fishing trip that you
provided for me and my boys, Jake and Nick. In the deadline sensitive career that I have, bonding experiences with my children are few and far between, but that day on the water provided a very fine experience that we are still talking about and enjoying. The trip you provided even made me look like I knew what I was doing!!! Quite a feat. Be assured that the Carris boys will be back for another fishing adventure.
